What we do
Tito's Development builds boutique projects in Lombok designed for two things at once: to be enjoyed by the investor and to operate well as a rental over time. We cover the whole project: design, construction management, legal structure and rental management after handover. There are two current projects: Kainalu Resort in Kuta and Are Guling Sanctuary in South Lombok.
How we work
- Real, documented construction. We publish dated progress photos; we'd rather show the process as it is.
- Designed to operate. Durable, low-maintenance materials and units designed for short and long stays.
- Legal clarity. We explain what the investor receives and what they don't, and always recommend an independent legal review.
- Local management. The team in Kuta handles day-to-day operations and reports monthly to the investor.
